## Order Process

Transforming your dream furniture into a form that suits your lifestyle.
At 910mokko woodwork, we handle every step of the process, from initial consultation to production and delivery, with meticulous care.

### 01 | Inquiry/Consultation Please tell us about the furniture you would like to create or any problems you are facing in your daily life. We will ask about the size, purpose, budget, and desired delivery date. If you have any reference photos or simple sketches, please send them as well. Even if you don't have a clear image in mind, please feel free to contact us.

### 02 | Meeting We will discuss the design, wood, finishes, and usability in detail. For furniture and custom-made furniture tailored to the installation location, we will conduct on-site inspections and measurements as needed.

### 03 | Proposal and Quotation Based on our discussion, we will provide you with furniture specifications and a quotation. We will work together to find a solution that suits your wishes and budget.

### 04 | Ordering Please confirm the design, specifications, price, and delivery date before placing your order. We will also inform you about payment methods, delivery, and installation in advance.

### 05 | Production We carefully craft each piece, taking into account the unique characteristics and features of the wood. We consider not only the aesthetic beauty but also the ease of use and durability, creating furniture that can be cherished for many years.

### 06 | Delivery and Installation We will deliver the completed furniture and install it as needed. We will also explain how to care for it on a daily basis at the time of delivery.

### 07 | Aftercare We are happy to assist you with any concerns you may have while using our products, as well as repair and maintenance consultations. We will help you ensure that your furniture, which changes along with your lifestyle, can be used for many years to come.
